Our villa is available year-round, but it is recommended to book in advance to secure your desired dates. The minimum stay during the summer season is 7 days. Shorter stays are possible during the winter months.

How many people can stay in the villa?

Villa Aperol can accommodate 6 people. It has 3 bedrooms and all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. By agreement with the owner, additional amenities such as a crib or extra bed can be arranged.

What amenities are available in the villa?

The villa offers luxury amenities, including a pool with a massage and waterfall, a wellness area with a sauna and jacuzzi, underfloor heating, air conditioning in all rooms, wireless internet, modern TVs, a fireplace for a cozy ambiance during winter months, a fully equipped kitchen, and much more.

Is the villa suitable for families with children?

Yes, the villa is ideal for families with children. There are spacious rooms, a safe terrace, a pool, and various activities in the area.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, but we will gladly help you find pet-friendly accommodations nearby.

What activities can guests do around the villa?

In the surrounding area, you can enjoy various activities such as swimming, diving, cycling, boat excursions, visiting cultural landmarks, and enjoying local cuisine.

How is payment made?

How is the deposit refunded?

The deposit will be refunded after your stay, provided there is no damage or discrepancies.

We will be available 24/7 via phone, email, or WhatsApp to ensure you have an uninterrupted stay and quick solutions for any inquiries.

Is there private parking?

Yes, the villa has 2 large garages and 2 open parking spaces within the property, so you don’t have to worry about parking or the safety of your vehicle.

Can I rent a boat?

The property owners can, in agreement with the clients, offer a day trip on their own boat with a skipper. These trips need to be planned in advance. For more information, feel free to contact us.

What services are included in the villa rental price?

The rental price includes the use of all rooms and amenities in the villa, as well as basic services such as cleaning, bedding, and towels.

Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?

The regular check-in is available from 3 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM at the latest.

Are there restaurants or shops nearby?

Yes, there are restaurants, shops, and cafes nearby, as well as a local market with homemade products.

What is the nearest airport?

The nearest airport is in Zadar (about 20 minutes by car), while the airport in Split is approximately a 1.5-hour drive away.
