On the ground floor of Villa Aperol, there are two large rooms, each measuring 18 square meters, with their own bathroom, television, air conditioning, and direct access to the terrace.

Upstairs is the master bedroom, measuring 22 square meters, with air conditioning, a television, an en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in shower. The view through the large glass wall will ensure the most beautiful start of your day.

In addition to the master bedroom, the first floor features a huge “open space” designed for comfortable socializing, consisting of a kitchen, dining area, and living room. The beautiful view of Biograd and Pašman will make your time spent in this space even more enjoyable.
If you are staying at the villa during the winter months, there is a fireplace to create a romantic and warm atmosphere.

Welcome to Villa Aperol! To ensure a pleasant and safe stay for all our guests, please adhere to the following rules:

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in: from 3:00 PM.
Check-out: by 11:00 AM.

Please respect these times to allow us to clean and prepare the villa for the next guests.

Maximum Occupancy

The villa can accommodate up to 6 guests. Additional guests are not allowed without prior approval from the owner.

Pets

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the villa.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas, and ashtrays must be used.

Quiet Hours

Please respect quiet hours, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, to avoid disturbing neighbors or other nearby guests.

Use of Pool and Wellness Area

Use of the pool and wellness area is at your own risk.
Children may use the pool only under adult supervision.
Please refrain from entering the pool with sunscreen or oils.

Cleanliness

Please maintain the cleanliness of the villa and its surroundings. Dispose of trash in the designated bins.
For longer stays, regular cleaning can be arranged upon request.

Furniture and Equipment

Please handle all furniture and equipment in the villa with care. If any damage occurs, inform us immediately.

Security

When leaving the villa, please lock all windows and doors and turn off air conditioning and electrical appliances.
The owners are not responsible for the loss of guests’ personal belongings.

Damage Responsibility

Guests are responsible for any damage caused due to negligence or improper use of the premises and equipment.

Visitors

Visitors who are not registered as guests are not permitted without prior approval from the owner.

Fire Regulations

Barbecues are only allowed in designated areas.
Open fires near the pool, wellness area, or other unauthorized locations are strictly prohibited.
