What dates are available for booking?
Our villa is available year-round, but it is recommended to book in advance to secure your desired dates. The minimum stay during the summer season is 7 days. Shorter stays are possible during the winter months.
How many people can stay in the villa?
Villa Aperol can accommodate 6 + 2 people. It has 3 bedrooms and all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. By agreement with the owner, additional amenities such as a crib or extra bed can be arranged.
Where will we park the cars?
Villa Aperol has 2 spacious closed garages and 2 additional parking spaces inside the yard. You can comfortably park 4 cars. Your cars are absolutely protected and safe.
What amenities are available in the villa?
The villa offers luxurious facilities, including a swimming pool with hydro massage and waterfall, a wellness area with sauna, jacuzzi and massage chair. Each room has air conditioning and a large smart TV. There is also a gas fireplace for a pleasant atmosphere during your stay in the winter months. Modernly designed and equipped kitchen, large dining table, comfortable furniture for sitting and lounging. Large terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and islands.
We would like to specially mention that this house does not have sports facilities (gym, billiards, darts, table football….) Our vision of a vacation is comfort, tidiness, lounging, swimming, food, relaxing with cocktails, afternoon naps, reading books…. If you are looking for a party, dynamics and noise, this facility is not for you
Can I rent a boat?
The owners of the property can, in agreement with the clients, offer a day trip on their own boat (11-meter motor boat). The owners of the house are passionate sailors and will be happy to take you on a day trip. The boat is located in the Filip Jakov marina. Such trips need to be planned in advance. Is the villa suitable for families with children?
Yes, the villa is ideal for families with children. There are spacious rooms, a safe terrace and a swimming pool. The beaches in Filip Jakov are also ideal for children.
Are pets allowed?
Small, hairless dogs (Maltese, Poodle, etc.) are welcome. The owners of the villa have a well-behaved dog (Maltipoo), and we expect the same from our guests’ pets.
How is payment made?

How is the deposit refunded?
The deposit will be refunded after your stay, provided there is no damage or discrepancies.

Is there private parking?
Yes, the villa has 2 large garages and 2 open parking spaces within the property, so you don’t have to worry about parking or the safety of your vehicle.
